3. Eligibility Criteria: Who Can Apply?

To be eligible for the Assistant Agriculture Officer post, you must strictly meet the following educational and age criteria.

A. Educational Qualification

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture (B.Sc. Ag) OR Horticulture (B.Sc. Hort).
  • The degree must be from a recognized University or Institution recognized by the State Government or ICAR.
  • Note: Degrees in Forestry, Agricultural Engineering, or Fishery Science are NOT eligible.

4. OPSC AAO Exam Pattern & Syllabus

The selection will be based on a Written Examination and an Interview. The written exam consists of two papers conducted on the same day.
